Agreement to membership of By Women, For Women according to By Women, For Women’s Articles of Association. 

Permanent membership and donation agreement via Payment Card / Stripe

When a member supports By Women, For Women with a fixed contingent and or support, By Women, For Women is allowed to deduct the selected amount according to the agreed payment frequency that applies from the day the agreement is entered into.

Receipt

The member or contributor will receive a receipt by email upon enrollment or donation.

Registration of information

By Women, For Women records information entered in connection with a donation or membership. The information is not disclosed, but By Women, For Women stores the information for five years according to the accounts. When paying by credit card, registration is done via a secure server at Stripe, where the information is encrypted.

Renewal

Upon entering into a permanent membership or support, By Women, For Women is permitted to contact a member by e-mail or telephone in order to renew the subscription when the payment card expires or is blocked or otherwise. The same applies to bank transfers. If there are ongoing payments from a card and you change/renew the card, the current withdrawals are stopped, so we ask that you renew the card identification with the new card's data.

Termination

If a member wishes to terminate their membership, this can be done by contacting By Women, For Women by email at membership@bywomenforwomen.org. Termination of membership can take place at any time. The membership fee is non-refundable.
