Your privacy is important to Raklet Inc. (“Raklet,” “us,” or “we”). We developed this Privacy Policy to provide you with information on how we process personal data when you use our sites, mobile apps, and services (hereinafter referred to as “Sites” or “Product”). This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) and any other documents referred to in it sets forth the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, in connection with the Sites will be processed by us. We are providing this Privacy Policy so that you can better understand how we collect, use, and share information that is gathered using our Product.

Our servers automatically collect usage information about your use of the Product, including the webpages visited, number of log-ins, data displayed or clicked on, actions taken, your language preference, and other login information. We may collect automated error reports in the case of software malfunctions, which may contain some or all of the information in your account and content and may be reviewed to help resolve problems with the Sites.
When you pay for products and services through our Sites or our customers’ sites, we collect but do not store, your payment information, which may include credit card data, debit card data, and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment data, including bank name, ABA/Routing number, bank account number, account type, and account holder name. When you open a Raklet Payments account, we collect your contact information and organization details, including Federal Tax ID, bank account details, and the SSN and Driver’s License of the organization’s authorized signer or beneficial owner. If you pay fees to an organization with a Raklet Site or make any purchases from such an organization’s Site, you should review that organization’s privacy policy for information on its privacy practices relating to payment data and other personal data.
We may obtain personal information from third parties and combine such information with the information that we collect through our Product and such information may be used for the purposes described in the “How We Use the Information We Collect” section below. For example:
Whenever you interact with the Service, we may automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser or device, which may include your IP address, device identification information, Cookie information, the type of browser and/or device you’re using to access the Service, and the page or feature you requested (“Usage Data”). We do not “sell” your personal information, as defined under CCPA, your Personal Information to third parties.

For example, we engage service providers to provide marketing, advertising, communications, security, payment processing, infrastructure and IT services, to customize, personalize, and optimize our Product, to process payment transactions, to provide customer service, and to analyze and enhance data. While providing such services, these service providers may have access to your personal information. These service providers have agreed to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the personal information that they obtain from us and we do not authorize them to use or disclose your personal information except in connection with providing their services.
We may allow others to provide analytics services and display advertisements for our Product. These providers (for example, Google Analytics) may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and other tracking technologies that collect information about your use of our Product. This information may be used by us and others to determine the popularity of our Product, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests in the Product, and on other websites, apps, and other services, and to better understand your online activity.
We automatically collect usage data (e.g., IP address, browser details) when you interact online with our Sites through the use of cookies. Cookies are small computer files sent or accessed from your web browser on your computer’s, mobile device’s, or tablet’s hard drive that contain information about your computer, such as user ID, user settings, browsing history, and activities conducted while using our Sites. Our Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we request that individuals under 13 not provide personal data to Raklet. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. Only, the parents or legal guardians can add the personal data of a child under 13. However, the responsibility is on the parents/legal guardians of the child and on the owner of the account. If you are a contact of one of our customers, you should review their privacy policy to determine their privacy practices with respect to children’s data.
Raklet sites and mobile apps may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other sites.
Raklet will retain your personal data for only as long as needed for the purposes for which the personal data is processed and to meet Raklet’s legal obligations. See the section below under “Your Choices and Rights” for additional information pertaining to the right of erasure, as well as other data subject rights.
Information we collect is stored on computer servers that we use to operate our sites. These servers may be located outside of United States, or the information may pass through jurisdictions outside of United States in the course of the operation or maintenance of the sites.
Usage information collected using third-party services are stored on the servers of the third-party service providers.
We take various precautions to protect your Personal Data from loss, misappropriation and misuse, and from being accessed, disclosed, modified or destroyed without permission. In the event of any Personal Data security breach, we will, in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and in all cases within 30 days, notify you of the basic information and possible consequences of such security breach, actions we have taken or will take in response to the breach, suggestions on how you may prevent and reduce risks on your own, and actions we will take on your behalf. Subject to our agreement with a Merchant, Company retains personal data for as long as necessary to (a) provide our products and services; (b) comply with legal obligations; (c) resolve disputes; and (d) enforce the terms of any agreement we may have with a Merchant. We will alert you to any future updates to this Privacy Policy by placing a notice on www.raklet.com, by sending you an email, by notifying you when you logon to the Service, and/or by some other means.
